In order to access the Secret Installer menu on your Sky HD box, simply follow the steps given below:

STEP 1:

Turn on your Sky HD box and tv from both the Sky tv remote and from the mains supply.

STEP 2:

Once your Sky HD box are turned “on”, you will have to use your Sky tv remote to perform the following steps.

STEP 3:

On your Sky tv remote, you will see a “services” button on it. You need to press that button and with pretty quick succession follow the below steps.

STEP 4:

After pressing the “services” button on your Sky remote, press “0”,”0”, “1” and then press the “select” button without looking at the screen. Make sure you do this pretty quick without looking at your tv screen and then only you will able to access the Secret Installer menu.
