If you are not able to hear any sound when trying to watch programmes through Sky Go first you should basically check the following first:

- Make sure that your device is not set to silent mode.
- Check out for the volume if it is set to an audible level.
- And if you are using headphones or speaker make sure they are connected properly, also check out whether the headphones and speakers you are using are compatible to the device or not.
- Check sound on a different app — open a different app to see if any sound plays from it or not.
–If you hear a sound when using a different app, then uninstall and after that reinstall the Sky Go app.
